Hamburg airport is 3.5km, or a 5-minute drive, away from the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes. The shuttle is available from 05:00 to 23:00 daily, or upon request and costs 5€.

Standard check-in time is 15:00 however early check-in is possible upon request and is dependent on availability
